Although it's difficult to effectively capture on film (much less to see on a scanned copy), this photograph is intended to show a few of the dozens--if not hundreds--of rocks and coral heads that dot the outer edge of Scarborough Reef. In the center of this picture is the third operating site. The other two sites are out of view to the right of this picture.
